1. Payments
Orders placed through this store are processed by Shopify and our connected payment providers. Prices are shown in GBP and include any applicable taxes.
2. Digital downloads
Downloads are made available immediately on successful payment, by email link and in your account. Sound packs and multitracks are licensed for use in your own original music productions and are royalty-free within that use. Redistribution, resale, sharing or otherwise making the files available to others is not permitted.
3. Multitrack sessions
Our multitrack sessions are original recreations produced from scratch by Doctor Mix. Every part is re-played and re-recorded in our London studio. They contain no samples, stems or audio taken from any original master recording.
4. Studio services
Services require a brief and file submission before work begins. The number of revision rounds is determined by the package purchased, and revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of first delivery. You retain ownership of your material and of the finished work.

6. Intellectual property
All content in this store is owned by Doctor Mix Ltd or our licensors.
7. Limitation of liability
Our total liability to you will not exceed the amount you paid for the product or service in question. Nothing in these Terms excludes liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, for fraud, or for any liability that cannot lawfully be excluded.
8. Governing law
These Terms are governed by the law of England and Wales, and the English courts have exclusive jurisdiction, subject to any consumer protection rights available to you where you live.
9. Changes
We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the store indicates acceptance.
