Digital downloads — sound packs, multitracks and sample packs

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee. If a product is not what you expected, email info@doctormix.com within 30 days of purchase with your order number and we will refund you in full.

Because these products are delivered digitally and immediately, by completing your purchase you consent to immediate supply and acknowledge that you lose the statutory right to cancel under the Consumer Contracts (Information, Cancellation and Additional Charges) Regulations 2013. The 30-day guarantee above is offered voluntarily and in addition to your remaining statutory rights.

Studio services — mixing, mastering, remix and production

Once work has commenced, bespoke studio services are non-refundable. If we are unable to deliver your project for reasons within our control, you will receive a full refund.

Revision requests must be submitted within 30 days of first delivery. After this period the project is considered complete and further work will be quoted separately.

Nothing is shipped physically

All products are delivered digitally. There is nothing to post back, and there are no shipping charges to refund.

Faulty or incomplete files

If a download is corrupt or incomplete, contact info@doctormix.com and we will replace it. This does not affect your statutory rights.
